As you are well aware, the Coronavirus pandemic has altered our lives immensely. I want to take some time to explain what we are doing as your financial institution. Firstly, we are encouraging you to follow Governor Wolfe's recommendations completely. We have temporarily closed the Stowe branch so we may continue to serve you in Carnegie. Use you debit cards, ATM machines and home/mobile banking as much as possible. You can apply for a loan over our website/mobile app. If you need to come into the office, realize that the safety of our staff and members is of paramount importance. Follow the rules in place while transacting business. We may ask you to remain in the lobby while we process your transaction. This is for everyone's safety. Social distancing and regular cleaning/disinfecting are facts that can't be ignored. We will remain open as we are a Life Sustaining Business. We just ask if you don’t need to come into the office, don’t. If you are having financial difficulties, PLEASE call us. We are a very stable credit union and can assist in ways to ease your burden. The Board of Directors is looking at various options to help. We are looking at easing lending qualifications, extending credit lines, waiving certain fees and allowing members to skip payments.
